Nominate Bluegrass Community Connectors

Please take a couple of minutes to help our community by filling out an online survey to nominate the unsung heroes you know.

When you think of someone who gets things done – in your neighborhood, in your place of worship, in your community – who comes to mind? We all know these people. We rely on them. We lean on them. And though they don’t have all the answers, they generally know where to turn to get them, and what to do next. These are the community connectors that turn ideas into action. Many times, without any recognition or thanks.

Now imagine if we could identify all these community connectors, recognize them for their amazing contributions, and see what things they could accomplish together. That’s the goal of the Bluegrass Community Connector project.

The best part? It’s easy. Just go to www.bgconnectors.com and click “Take Our Survey” to nominate those in your life.

As local business owner Bob Dickson said very well: “We have doctors, engineers, service providers, teachers, small business owners, programmers, and a multitude of other people that are very passionate about Central Kentucky. In addition to being part of the workforce, many of these people are involved with their churches, scouting, neighborhood associations, club organizations, the arts, and other groups that contribute to a large part of what ‘makes’ our community unique.”

This is the venue for them to be recognized for their hard work. Let’s give these unsung heroes the recognition they deserve and find new ways to move our community forward.
